F.N.B. reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 26, 2021.
In 2020, five F.N.B. executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Vincent J. Delie, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2019. 49% of Delie's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Delie also received $40K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $265K in other compensation.
Vincent J. Calabrese, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $964K, was in stock awards.
Gary L. Guerrieri, Chief Credit Officer, earned $1.6M in 2020, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert M. Moorehead, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer, received $1.4M in 2020, which decreases by 5% compared to 2019.
Barry C. Robinson, Chief Consumer Banking Officer, earned $1.2M in 2020, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
