Ford Motor CEO James Hackett's 2020 pay slips 4% to $17M

Ford Motor reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, seven Ford Motor executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
James P. Hackett, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2019. 47% of Hackett's compensation, or $7.9M, was in stock awards. Hackett also received $828K in non-equity incentive plan, $5.6M in option awards, $1.8M in salary, as well as $524K in other compensation.
William Clay Ford, Jr, Chairman, received a compensation package of $16M, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $6.3M, was in stock awards.
James D. Farley, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, earned $12M in 2020, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Hau Thai-Tang, Chief Product Platform Operations Officer, received $12M in 2020.
Kumar Galhotra, President, Americas and International Markets Group, earned $8.5M in 2020.
Tim Stone, Chief Financial Officer, received $6.2M in 2020, which decreases by 26% compared to 2019.
John T. Lawler, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6M in 2020.
