Forestar Group reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 31, 2010.

Flavious J. Smith, Jr, Executive Vice President, Minerals, received $562K in 2009, which decreases by 41% compared to 2008.
Forestar Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
