Forestar Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 13, 2018.
In 2018, three executives at Forestar Group received on average a compensation package of $691K, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel C. Bartok, Chief Executive Officer, received $887K in total, which increased by 76,764% compared to 2017. 34% of Bartok's compensation, or $300K, was in bonus. Bartok also received $225K in salary, $268K in stock awards, as well as $94K in other compensation.
Charles D. Jehl, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $652K, which decreased by 16% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $400K, was in bonus.
