James A. Lico, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2017. 37% of Lico's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Lico also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.3M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $350K in other compensation.

Martin Gafinowitz, Senior Vice President, earned $3M in 2018, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Barbara B. Hulit, Senior Vice President, received $2.8M in 2018, which increases by 11% compared to 2017.
William W. Pringle, Senior Vice President, earned $2.8M in 2018, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
