Fox Corp reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 19, 2022.
In 2022, five Fox Corp executives received on average a compensation package of $14M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Lachlan K. Murdoch, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which decreased by 21% compared to 2021. 38% of Murdoch's compensation, or $8.2M, was in stock awards. Murdoch also received $6.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $3M in salary, as well as $1.5M in other compensation.
