FranklinCovey reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 20, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at FranklinCovey received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Robert A. Whitman, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2017. 42% of Whitman's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Whitman also received $368K in bonus, $575K in non-equity incentive plan, $566K in salary, as well as $71K in other compensation.
Stephen D. Young, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $351K, was in salary.
M. Sean Covey, EVP Global Solutions and Partnerships, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Paul S. Walker, EVP Global Sales and Delivery, received $1M in 2018, which increases by 48% compared to 2017.
Scott J. Miller, EVP Global Business Development & Marketing, earned $794K in 2018.
FranklinCovey's fiscal year ends on August 31.
