Freshworks reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 11, 2022.
In 2021, three Freshworks executives received on average a compensation package of $86M, a 602% increase compared to previous year.

Rathna Girish Mathrubootham, Chief Executive Officer, received $234M in total, which increased by 1,807% compared to 2020. 100% of Mathrubootham's compensation, or $233M, was in stock awards. Stacey Epstein, Chief Marketing Officer, received a compensation package of $18M. 98% of the compensation package, or $17M, was in stock awards.
