Funko reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, three Funko executives received on average a compensation package of $9.5M, a 484% increase compared to previous year.
Brian Mariotti, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 748% compared to 2017. 71% of Mariotti's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Mariotti also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Andrew Perlmutter, President, received a compensation package of $11M, which increased by 268% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $8.5M, was in stock awards.
Russell Nickel, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
