Funko CEO Brian Mariotti's 2019 pay falls 75% to $4M

Funko reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 15, 2020.
In 2019, three Funko executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 73% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian Mariotti, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which decreased by 75% compared to 2018. 33% of Mariotti's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Mariotti also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $358K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Andrew Perlmutter, President, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which decreased by 78% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $879K, was in option awards.
Jennifer Fall Jung, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2019.
