Funko reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 20, 2021.
In 2020, three Funko executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian Mariotti, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which decreased by 35% compared to 2019. 44% of Mariotti's compensation, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Mariotti also received $204K in option awards, $958K in salary, $290K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Andrew Perlmutter, President, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 39% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $640K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jennifer Fall Jung, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2020, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
