Gaiam reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 9, 2020.
In 2018, four Gaiam executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 99% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Gaiam
Jirka Rysavy, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 83% compared to 2017. 44% of Rysavy's compensation, or $763K, was in option awards. Rysavy also received $480K in bonus, $499K in salary, as well as $4.8K in other compensation.
Brad Warkins, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 116% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $544K, was in option awards.
Jaymi Bauer, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $1M in 2018, a 99% increase compared to previous year.
Paul Tarell, Chief Financial Officer, received $924K in 2018, which increases by 112% compared to 2017.
