Galecto reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, three Galecto executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.

Hans T. Schambye, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.9M in total, which decreased by 25% compared to 2020. 75% of Schambye's compensation, or $2.2M, was in option awards. Schambye also received $223K in bonus and $512K in salary.
Jonathan Freve, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M. 60% of the compensation package, or $912K, was in option awards.
Anders Pedersen, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.5M in 2021, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
