GameStop reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on May 14, 2019.
In 2018, eight GameStop executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Tony D. Bartel, Chief Operating Officer, received $4.3M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2017.
Robert A. Lloyd, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 47% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Michael K. Mauler, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.8M in 2018, a 88% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel J. Kaufman, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, received $2.8M in 2018.
Shane S. Kim, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2.6M in 2018.
Michael P. Hogan, Former Executive Vice President, Strategic Business and Brand Development, received $2.6M in 2018, which increases by 25% compared to 2017.
Daniel A. DeMatteo, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Troy W. Crawford, Chief Accounting Officer, received $1.5M in 2018.
GameStop's fiscal year ends on February 2.
