Gap reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 9, 2019.
In 2018, seven Gap executives received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Arthur Peck, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 33% compared to 2017. 73% of Peck's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Peck also received $3.9M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $220K in other compensation.

Brent Hyder, EVP and Chief People Officer, received $4.8M in 2018.
Sonia Syngal, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.6M in 2018, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Gap's fiscal year ends on January 30.
