Gap CEO Art Peck's 2019 pay falls 57% to $8.9M

Gap reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 7, 2020.
In 2019, seven Gap executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 61% decrease compared to previous year.
Art Peck, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.9M in total, which decreased by 57% compared to 2018. 52% of Peck's compensation, or $4.6M, was in stock awards. Peck also received $2.9M in option awards, $1.4M in salary, as well as $52K in other compensation.
Mark Breitbard, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Sonia Syngal, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.8M in 2019, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Neil Fiske, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in 2019, which decreases by 56% compared to 2018.
Julie Gruber, General Counsel, earned $2.7M in 2019.
Teri List-Stoll, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.6M in 2019, which decreases by 65% compared to 2018.
Robert Fisher, Chief Executive Officer, earned $472K in 2019.
Gap's fiscal year ends on January 30.
