GARTNER reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 18, 2022.
In 2021, five GARTNER executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Eugene A. Hall, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2020. 54% of Hall's compensation, or $7.6M, was in stock awards. Hall also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.2M in option awards, $929K in salary, as well as $116K in other compensation.
Craig W. Safian, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Jules P. Kaufman, General Counsel, earned $3.3M in 2021, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Alwyn Dawkins, EVP, Global Business Sales, received $3.3M in 2021, which increases by 16% compared to 2020.
Robin Kranich, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $3.3M in 2021, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
