LRAD reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on January 25, 2010.
In 2008, four LRAD executives received on average a compensation package of $561K, a 86% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at LRAD
Thomas R. Brown, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which increased by 66% compared to 2007. 76% of Brown's compensation, or $788K, was in option awards. Brown also received $250K in salary.
Elwood G. Norris, Chairman, received a compensation package of $796K, which increased by 62% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $582K, was in option awards.
Katherine H. McDermott, Chief Financial Officer, earned $236K in 2008, a 444% increase compared to previous year.
Norman Carmichael, Vice President of Operations, received $174K in 2008.
LRAD's fiscal year ends on September 30.
