LRAD reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 22, 2020.
In 2019, two LRAD executives received on average a compensation package of $500K, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at LRAD
Richard S. Danforth, Chief Executive Officer, received $632K in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2018. 58% of Danforth's compensation, or $365K, was in salary. Danforth also received $255K in bonus and $12K in other compensation.
Dennis D. Klahn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $367K, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $225K, was in salary.
