LRAD reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on January 29, 2024.
In 2023, two LRAD executives received on average a compensation package of $539K, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard S. Danforth, Chief Executive Officer, received $667K in total, which decreased by 19% compared to 2022. 64% of Danforth's compensation, or $429K, was in salary. Danforth also received $224K in option awards and $15K in other compensation.
