Generac Holdings reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Generac Holdings received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Aaron Jagdfeld, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.9M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2017. 29% of Jagdfeld's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Jagdfeld also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $863K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
Russell Minick, Chief Marketing Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 26% of the compensation package, or $470K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
York Ragen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2018, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick Forsythe, Executive Vice President Global Engineering, received $1.5M in 2018, which increases by 28% compared to 2017.
Erik Wilde, Executive Vice President Industrial Americas, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 85% increase compared to previous year.
