Generac Holdings reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Generac Holdings received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Aaron Jagdfeld, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2020. 44% of Jagdfeld's compensation, or $3.3M, was in stock awards. Patrick Forsythe, Chief Technical Officer, received $1.5M in 2021, which decreases by 8% compared to 2020.
Erik Wilde, Executive Vice President, earned $1.4M in 2021, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
