Kimberly J. Popovits, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.8M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 49% of Popovits' compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. Popovits also received $905K in non-equity incentive plan, $720K in salary, as well as $795K in stock awards.
Frederic Pla, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $955K, was in option awards.
G. Bradley Cole, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Steven Shak, Chief Scientific Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which increases by 17% compared to 2017.
James Vaughn, Chief U.S. Commercial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
