Genpact reported fiscal year 2015 executive compensation information on April 10, 2017.
In 2015, six Genpact executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Edward J. Fitzpatrick, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.5M in total, which decreased by 51% compared to 2014. 50% of Fitzpatrick's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Fitzpatrick also received $602K in non-equity incentive plan, $602K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
N.v. Tyagarajan, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which decreased by 16% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Arvinder Singh, Senior Vice President, Capital Markets and IT Services, earned $1.6M in 2015, which is about the same as previous year.
Mohit Thukral, Senior Vice President, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, received $1.4M in 2015, which increases by 5% compared to 2014.
Patrick Cogny, Senior Vice President, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Services and High Tech, earned $1.4M in 2015, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Piyush Mehta, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $1.3M in 2015, which increases by 2% compared to 2014.
