Genpact reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 24, 2021.
In 2020, five Genpact executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 46% decrease compared to previous year.
N.v. Tyagarajan, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.3M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2019. 64% of Tyagarajan's compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Tyagarajan also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $750K in salary, as well as $79K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $27,246 at Genpact. Therefore, the ratio of N.v. Tyagarajan's pay to the median employee pay was 194 to one.
Kathryn Stein, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and Business Leader, Enterprise Services, received a compensation package of $3M. 35% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in option awards.
Darren Saumur, Senior Vice President, Global Operating Officer, earned $2.9M in 2020.
Balkrishan Kalra, Senior Vice President, Banking, Capital Markets, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences and Healthcare, received $2.8M in 2020, which decreases by 57% compared to 2019.
Edward J. Fitzpatrick, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 71% decrease compared to previous year.
