Genprex reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, four Genprex executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
J. Rodney Varner, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2020. 68% of Varner's compensation, or $1.6M, was in option awards. Varner also received $240K in bonus, $480K in salary, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Ryan M. Confer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $817K, was in option awards.
Michael T. Redman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.3M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Catherine M. Vaczy, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2021, which is about the same as previous year.
