Genprex reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, three Genprex executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.

J. Rodney Varner, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2021. 65% of Varner's compensation, or $1.6M, was in option awards. Varner also received $282K in bonus, $557K in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Catherine M. Vaczy, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $503K, was in option awards.
Ryan M. Confer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2022, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
