Gevo reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 9, 2024.
In 2023, six Gevo executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick R. Gruber, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2022. 32% of Gruber's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Gruber also received $806K in bonus, $1.1M in option awards, $635K in salary, as well as $61K in other compensation.

Timothy J. Cesarek, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $1M in 2023, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Kimberly T Bowron, Chief People Officer, received $811K in 2023.
