Global Payments CEO Jeffrey Sloan's 2018 pay jumps 84% to $17M

Global Payments reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 13, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Global Payments received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 89% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Sloan, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 84% compared to 2017. 59% of Sloan's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Sloan also received $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $35K in other compensation.
David E. Mangum, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.9M, which increased by 106% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Cameron M. Bready, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.7M in 2018, a 104% increase compared to previous year.
Guido F. Sacchi, Senior EVP and Chief Information Officer TP, received $4.1M in 2018, which increases by 97% compared to 2017.
David L. Green, General Counsel, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
