Global Payments CEO Jeffrey Sloan's 2019 pay jumps 22% to $21M

Global Payments reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 16, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Global Payments received on average a compensation package of $8.6M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Sloan, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2018. 69% of Sloan's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Sloan also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $147K in other compensation.
Cameron M. Bready, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $9.4M, which increased by 65% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $6.8M, was in stock awards.
Guido F. Sacchi, Senior EVP and Chief Information Officer, earned $5.4M in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Green, General Counsel, received $4.8M in 2019, which increases by 70% compared to 2018.
Paul M. Todd, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.6M in 2019.
