Global Payments reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Global Payments received on average a compensation package of $7M, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Sloan, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 24% compared to 2019. 75% of Sloan's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Sloan also received $3.4M in option awards, $269K in salary, as well as $182K in other compensation.
Cameron M. Bready, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7M, which decreased by 26% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in stock awards.
Paul M. Todd, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.4M in 2020, a 112% increase compared to previous year.
Guido F. Sacchi, Senior EVP and Chief Information Officer, received $3.8M in 2020, which decreases by 29% compared to 2019.
David L. Green, General Counsel, earned $3M in 2020, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
