Global Payments reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 17, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Global Payments received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Sloan, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which increased by 50% compared to 2020. 72% of Sloan's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Sloan also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.6M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $138K in other compensation.
Cameron M. Bready, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $9.7M, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $6.7M, was in stock awards.
Paul M. Todd, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.8M in 2021, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Guido F. Sacchi, Senior EVP and Chief Information Officer, received $5.9M in 2021, which increases by 54% compared to 2020.
David L. Green, General Counsel, earned $5M in 2021, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
