Globalstar reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, three Globalstar executives received on average a compensation package of $688K, a 9% increase compared to previous year.

David B. Kagan, Chief Executive Officer, received $872K in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2020. 62% of Kagan's compensation, or $543K, was in salary. Kagan also received $150K in bonus, $166K in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
L. Barbee Ponder IV, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $603K, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $331K, was in salary.
Rebecca S. Clary, Chief Financial Officer, earned $588K in 2021, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
