Glowpoint reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 30, 2009.
In 2007, four Glowpoint executives received on average a compensation package of $452K, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Brandofino, Chief Executive Officer, received $521K in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2006. 53% of Brandofino's compensation, or $276K, was in salary. Brandofino also received $84K in bonus, $73K in option awards, $78K in stock awards, as well as $9.6K in other compensation.
Joseph Laezza, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $468K, which increased by 44% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $243K, was in salary.
David W. Robinson, Chief Executive Officer, earned $414K in 2007, a 82% increase compared to previous year.
Edwin F. Heinen, Chief Financial Officer, received $406K in 2007, which increases by 45% compared to 2006.
