In 2018, two Glowpoint executives received on average a compensation package of $641K, a 117% increase compared to previous year.
Peter Holst, Chief Executive Officer, received $845K in total, which increased by 170% compared to 2017. 55% of Holst's compensation, or $463K, was in stock awards. Holst also received $172K in bonus, $200K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
David Clark, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $437K, which increased by 58% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $225K, was in salary.
