GMS reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 28, 2018.
In 2018, five GMS executives received on average a compensation package of $708K, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
G. Michael Callahan, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2017. 62% of Callahan's compensation, or $750K, was in salary. Callahan also received $375K in non-equity incentive plan and $77K in other compensation.
Craig D. Apolinsky, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $715K, which decreased by 31% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $375K, was in salary.
Richard K. Mueller, Chairman, earned $610K in 2018, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.
H. Douglas Goforth, Chief Financial Officer, received $527K in 2018, which decreases by 22% compared to 2017.
Richard Alan Adams, Senior Vice President of Operations, earned $484K in 2018, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
GMS' fiscal year ends on April 30.
