GoDaddy reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, five GoDaddy executives received on average a compensation package of $8.7M, a 323% increase compared to previous year.
Scott W. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which increased by 1,396% compared to 2017. 79% of Wagner's compensation, or $18M, was in stock awards. Wagner also received $750K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.2M in option awards, $750K in salary, as well as $7.5K in other compensation.
