GoDaddy reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 23, 2020.
In 2019, six GoDaddy executives received on average a compensation package of $9.1M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Aman Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total. 44% of Bhutani's compensation, or $6.3M, was in stock awards. Bhutani also received $1M in bonus, $316K in non-equity incentive plan, $6.3M in option awards, $326K in salary, as well as $1.5K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $59,369 at GoDaddy. Therefore, the ratio of Aman Bhutani's pay to the median employee pay was 241 to one.
Scott W. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $14M, which decreased by 40% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $9M, was in stock awards.
