GoDaddy reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 20, 2023.
In 2022, five GoDaddy executives received on average a compensation package of $7.7M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Aman Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2021. 90% of Bhutani's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Bhutani also received $600K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $217K in other compensation.
Roger Chen, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.9M. 87% of the compensation package, or $6M, was in stock awards.
Mark McCaffrey, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.7M in 2022, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Michele Lau, Chief Legal Officer, received $5.2M in 2022, which decreases by 23% compared to 2021.
Nick Daddario, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $1M in 2022, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
