In 2020, four GoHealth executives received on average a compensation package of $22M, a 135% increase compared to previous year.
Brandon M. Cruz, Chief Strategy Officer and Special Advisor to the Executive Team, received $32M in total, which increased by 587% compared to 2019. 95% of Cruz's compensation, or $30M, was in stock awards. Cruz also received $231K in non-equity incentive plan, $325K in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
Clinton P. Jones, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $32M, which increased by 578% compared to previous year. 96% of the compensation package, or $30M, was in stock awards.
James A. Sharman, President, earned $13M in 2020, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Shane E. Cruz, Chief Operating Officer, received $13M in 2020, which increases by 18% compared to 2019.
