GoHealth reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 11, 2023.
In 2022, four GoHealth executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at GoHealth
Vijay Kotte, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total. 59% of Kotte's compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Kotte also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in option awards, $485K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Jason Schulz, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M. 61% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Shane E. Cruz, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $3.5M in 2022, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Clinton P. Jones, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in 2022, which decreases by 46% compared to 2021.
