Goldman Sachs Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, seven executives at Goldman Sachs Group received on average a compensation package of $18M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Lloyd C. Blankfein, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2017. 72% of Blankfein's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Blankfein also received $4.3M in bonus, $2M in salary, as well as $363K in other compensation.
David M. Solomon, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $21M, which increased by 26% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $13M, was in stock awards.
R. Martin Chavez, Chief Financial Officer, earned $18M in 2018, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Richard J. Gnodde, Chairman, received $18M in 2018, which increases by 10% compared to 2017.
Timothy J. O'Neill, Chairman, earned $17M in 2018.
John E. Waldron, Chief Operating Officer, received $17M in 2018.
Stephen M. Scherr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $15M in 2018.
