GoPro reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 24, 2019.
In 2018, six GoPro executives received on average a compensation package of $936K, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian McGee, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.9M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2017. 37% of McGee's compensation, or $724K, was in stock awards. McGee also received $162K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in option awards, $455K in salary, as well as $176 in other compensation.
Eve Saltman, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.4M. 39% of the compensation package, or $568K, was in option awards.
Sandor Barna, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.4M in 2018.
CJ Prober, Chief Operating Officer, received $534K in 2018, which decreases by 79% compared to 2017.
Sharon Zezima, General Counsel, earned $293K in 2018, a 75% decrease compared to previous year.
Nicholas Woodman, Chief Executive Officer, received $1 in 2018, which decreases by 100% compared to 2017.
