Graham reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 28, 2018.
In 2018, four Graham executives received on average a compensation package of $634K, which is about the same as previous year.
James R. Lines, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 39% of Lines' compensation, or $435K, was in salary. Lines also received $213K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $128K in non-equity incentive plan, $335K in stock awards, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Alan E. Smith, Vice President and General Manager - Batavia, received a compensation package of $553K, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $241K, was in salary.
Jeffrey F. Glajch, Chief Financial Officer, earned $500K in 2018, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Jennifer R. Condame, Chief Accounting Officer, received $352K in 2018, which increases by 3% compared to 2017.
Graham's fiscal year ends on March 31.
