Graham reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 27, 2019.
In 2019, five Graham executives received on average a compensation package of $653K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
James R. Lines, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2018. 37% of Lines' compensation, or $435K, was in salary.
