Graham reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 30, 2020.
In 2020, three Graham executives received on average a compensation package of $941K, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
James R. Lines, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2019. 38% of Lines' compensation, or $620K, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Lines also received $500K in salary, $452K in stock awards, as well as $41K in other compensation.
Alan E. Smith, VP and General Manager - Batavia, received a compensation package of $712K, which increased by 20% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $261K, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Jeffrey F. Glajch, Chief Financial Officer, earned $499K in 2020, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Graham's fiscal year ends on March 31.
