Graham reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on July 10, 2023.
In 2023, three Graham executives received on average a compensation package of $757K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel J. Thoren, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2022. 37% of Thoren's compensation, or $400K, was in salary. Thoren also received $238K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in stock awards, as well as $37K in other compensation.
Matthew Malone, VP and GM - Barber-Nichols, received a compensation package of $630K, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Christopher J. Thome, Chief Financial Officer, earned $565K in 2023.
Graham's fiscal year ends on March 31.
