Greenbrier reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on November 14, 2018.
In 2018, six Greenbrier executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
William A. Furman, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2017. 64% of Furman's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Furman also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $950K in salary, as well as $314K in other compensation.
Mark J. Rittenbaum, Executive Vice President Commercial and Leasing, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $958K, was in stock awards.
Lorie L. Tekorius, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.2M in 2018, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Alejandro Centurion, Executive Vice President and President of Global Manufacturing Operations, received $1.7M in 2018, which decreases by 33% compared to 2017.
Brian J. Comstock, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, earned $1.6M in 2018.
Adrian J. Downes, Chief Financial Officer, received $1M in 2018.
Greenbrier's fiscal year ends on August 31.
