GreenSky reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, three GreenSky executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Gerald Benjamin, Chief Administrative Officer, received $5.8M in total, which increased by 80% compared to 2017. 54% of Benjamin's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Benjamin also received $450K in salary and $2.2M in other compensation.
Tim Kaliban, President and Chief Risk Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which decreased by 74% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in other compensation.
David Zalik, Chief Executive Officer, earned $502K in 2018, which is about the same as previous year.
