Griffon CEO Ronald Kramer's 2018 pay rises 17% to $14M

Griffon reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 18, 2018.
In 2018, four Griffon executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald J. Kramer, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2017. 38% of Kramer's compensation, or $5.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Kramer also received $2.3M in bonus, $1M in salary, $5.3M in stock awards, as well as $318K in other compensation.
Robert F. Mehmel, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Brian G. Harris, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Seth L. Kaplan, General Counsel, received $1.8M in 2018, which increases by 31% compared to 2017.
Griffon's fiscal year ends on September 30.
